Cotswolds Tour from Bath

Hello all.
Please share your personal experience with your tour to Cotswolds villages from Bath. I will be staying for 3 days in Bath at the end of this month. I was originally thinking of renting a car to visit Cotswolds area, however, I decided to join a tour for less stress because this is my first solo travel to Europe. I read in my guidebook that there are many organized half or all day bus tours to Cotswolds departing the central area of Bath. If you have taken one of them, please let me know what you liked or disliked about your tour, how much free time you had, how you found out about your tour etc, etc.

Aya - I believe Mad Max runs the most frequent tours - currently 2/3 times per week - but maybe more often in summer. These are small-group minibus tours.

I'll be in Bath tomorrow so I'll check and post for you.

Aya - I just checked in Bath Tourist Info Office for you -

Mad Max is the only company doing a regular Cotswolds tour at present.
It's a full-day tour (minibus) and runs on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
Price: £25.

For details and booking you can contact them on
www.madmaxtours.com

e-mail: [email protected]

Hope this helps ...
