Cotswald boutique hotel recommendations

Would like recommendations for a boutique hotel in the Cotswald to use as a base to drive the area. Will be exploring Bath, Salisbury, cotswald. We will be coming from Luton airport and returning to Luton one week later. Also, any little towns not to be missed?

It's Cotswold, used as an adjective when referring to The Cotswolds.

May I suggest The Painswick?

And take a look here...

Sorry about the spelling of Cotswold and thanks for the hotel suggestions. They were very helpful.

We would absolutely recommend The Close Hotel in Tetbury. Parking in rear, lovely garden, excellent restaurant and bar in the hotel. Extremely comfortable with fantastic breakfast included. We stayed there in June and it truly was the highlight of our entire trip. Plus, Tetbury is a very nice town itself and easy to get in and out to the surrounding areas. Have fun.
