Cornwall/Devon in march

Hello,

Looks like we will be in England for 2 weeks mid-March. We have been to the UK many times and have explored lots of areas of this great country. However, we have never gone to the southwest area, the Devon and Cornwall region. We have two weeks to play with and are looking for ideas of were to base our stay in that area. Its just my husband and myself and we have a 2 week train pass that can take us anywhere. We realize a lot of it may not be assessable by train and we are willing to take a bus if need be. We would prefer not to rent a vehicle this time. I am not opposed to staying in one or two locales and then maybe moving north a bit for week two. (Cheltenham area). Any must sees while we are in the Cornwall area? We would love to walk along a beach and look for sea glass as well.

Open to any suggestions,

Heather
