cooking schools in Tuscany

Hi Everyone,

I'm researching cooking schools in Tuscany, has ANYONE been to the following:

Cooking schools in Tuscany:
1) http://www.divinacucina.com/
2) http://www.slowtrav.com/italy/planni...ng_classes.asp
3)I’ve read Tuscan Women Cook is excellent. I took their week-long class in 2002, but I think they offer shorter sessions.
They're located in Montefollonico, near Montepulciano. I highly recommend them. www.tuscanwomencook.com
4) www.fagiolari.it.

Someone just got back from Italy and did a half day cooking class in Chianti with the owner Guilietta. It is a farmhouse/agritourismo which produces wine and olive oil. Here is the site....www.fagiolari.it.

They actually stayed there over night since the class started at 5pm. We drank wine she makes at the property.
They made pasta from scratch. We made ravioli with a zuccini, sausage, fresh pea and gorgonzola sauce. We made
chicken cacciator(sp) and a vegatable side dish. For dessert we baked a apple cake.

Thanks in advance,
Natalie

I attended the Divina Cucina school (a one day class) and highly recommend it.

I've written a detailed report on our "Day with Diva" on Slow Travel, with photos. See it here: http://www.slowtrav.com/italy/food/kw_divinacucina.htm
