Cooking School in Paris for 1 week?

I am looking for a great cooking school in Paris for 1 week! I love the curriculum of Patricia Wells but unfortunately she is booked! I am aware of Cordon Bleu and the Ritz Escoffier but they seem a bit pretentious and I am looking for more of a Patricia Wells experience. Any suggestions?

Why do you consider Cordon Bleu "pretentious".

I guess pretentious wasn't the right word. I am just looking for smaller class size, market tours, more onene. Looking for 4-5 days and not just day here/there!

There is a woman who gives Paris tours of all kinds including cooking and markets. But the Cordon Bleu would be a great experience.
I think this is her site
parisphototours.com
