Cooking Classes in Paris
I am traveling with a group to Paris in November and in the process of getting the details together. One of the things I am looking for is a cooking class we can take with pastry class being the preference.
Any recommendations are appreciated!

There are several cooking classes available in Paris. Patricia Wells has one, but she is usually in Provence at that time of the year (www.patriciawells.com/cooking).
You can try La Cuisine Paris to see what they have available for your dates: http://lacuisineparis.com
There is also Cook with Class (www.cooknwithclass.com), along with several others.

Cordon Bleu has some half to one-day workshops, some of which cover pastry, usually just one thing, of course, in that time (ie, a class on macarons).
if you click on s'inscrire, you can then search for the kind you want

Check with Un Dimanche a Paris to see if they'll be offering any pastries classes in November http://www.un-dimanche-a-paris.com/F...patisserie.php
I've also taken a class at La Cuisine Paris and can recommend them.
