Cooking class for one evening in Provence

I know there are lots of options so does anyone have a personal recommendation for a good one? We will be staying in the Luberon area.

Cooking Light magazine has had a feature on this area in the last year. You might want to check the archives on their website. Sounds like fun!

Thanks ilana and robjame. I will check these out. Hopfully I can find one for one night instead of a week--although I'd love to do that another time.
