Re visiting Cappadocia, the flights from Istanbul to Kayseri or Nevsehir or from Izmir (possibly only to Kayseri) are quite reasonably priced especially purchased early.
Check Anadolu jet, Pegasus, Sunexpress in addition to the full service THY.
Asking your Cappadocia hotel to arrange for your transfer is usually a good idea as Sassafras wrote earlier.
Check various earlier trip reports which mention some terrific hotels at cappadocia like esbelli, kelebek, etc. and pick one that matches your fancy and budget.
