Continental just changed a flight for me with no charge because of a short connection time - 75 minutes in Newark. After a few close calls and one missed connection recently I thought this too close for comfort. Your TA has a lot to answer for. It can take half an hour to get off the plane, never mind board the next one. Add on a minor air traffic control delay and you are out of luck.

The last ticket agent told me the shortest legal connection time from any airport is 60 minutes and did not understand the confusion. We are leaving for our trip on June 7. Our flight now gives us a 3 hour layover which suits me fine!
