We have stayed at Hotel Florence in Bellagio twice and when we return to Bellagio will stay there again. Ask for Room 24, a large bed with lake view and windows on two sides for excellent ventilation. Nota Bene: the Hotel is NOT right at the ferry stop, but at the other end of town (having walked this walk last June). It's about 4 city blocks and absolutely flat (altho much of Bellagio is NOT). You will not be disappointed. I haven't read the Trip Advisor reviews, and don't report on TA myself, but I cannot imagine any significant, valid demerits.
