Try looking at Talbots and Nordstroms - they both carry fairly large collections of alla types of shoes in narrows. also Marmi.com has lots of narows.
(I know it's pain to buy shoes on-line, try and return etc - but have found it one of my few choices since the stores are now catering to wide feet and have so little for narrows. And I'm only a AA don;t know what 3 or 4A do.)

marmishoes.com has some - mostly dress - but they do have some cute sesto meucci walking shoes. If you find a brand that fits I would do a google search to see who else carries them.
Frankly I've given up on getting narrow in walking shoes - and just tie laces or straps tighter to keep them on - or get the sort with a vamp long enough they don;t fall off your foot.

I also have narrow feet and love Naturalizer's narrows. They always work. If not, I have gone to putting a full sole pad into the shoes to take up the extra room. I know what you mean about narrow and skinny feet. I thought I was the only one with pancake feet, at least that is what I call mine. No muscles in them at all. Good luck.

Wow, this has turned into a really helpful thread.
Here's my results so far, I bought two pairs of Clarks, both of them are indigo which I guess is a "stylish" line from Clarks. I got a beautiful pair of flats called Cointreau (which are French Blue : ) and a pair of black knee boots called Appaloosa. They are so cute.
But... I did buy a pair of Cole Haan Nike Air black leather knee boots. They are so comfortable but about $100.00 more than the Clarks. I will be taking one pair back and I think it will be the Clarks. (esp. since I have a pair of Cole Haan Nike Air pumps on order) They're beautiful. geez, I think I had to get them because the color was called milkshake. Just relate anything to food and I'm swayed.
Some of the Merrill's were fitting well too. Thanks so much for all of your help!

I don't have narrow feet (although I most definitely do have problem feet) but my experience with Naturalizer is that their regular width shoes run narrow, so I'd imagine their specifically narrow shoes would be narrow indeed.
