Hi, again! Two more questions. With the Air France plane-train option, absent an unusually bad flight delay, is a four-hour layover reasonable? Also, the plane-train option doesn't allow you to choose first class seats on the train. From CDG to Marseille and then Bordeaux to CDG, does the difference between first and second class train travel really matter (i.e., would it be worth the extra hassle for me to book my own train tickets to get first class seats)? Thanks!

Four hours is plenty of time. First class has a little more room for you & your bags. If you book early, first class is not that much more expensive than second class. But second class is better than coach on an airplane.
