Colmar to Paris (One Way); What's the best way to get there?
Need to get to Paris CDG from Colmar and I need suggestions on whether to fly or take the train. If train what is the cost approximately. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mayo
We took the TGV from Strasbourg (stops at Colmar as well) to Paris and it was so quick and easy! Airlines these days seem to take so much time and effort with all the check-in security and time allowed for boarding etc. Would always prefer train over airline for short legs of travel. Di

Correction: The TGV from Zurich runs through Colmar to Paris a few times a day. It runs at a reduced speed down the Rhine valley from Mulhouse to Strasbourg via Colmar, hitting top speed once past Strasbourg. Because there is no need to change at Strasbourg on this train, the trip duration is less than three hours.
