Clifden B&Bs

We are going to Clifden in August and are seeking suggestions on B&Bs. We have vouchers and we wanted to hear about any good ( and BAD!) B&Bs. There are 5 adults traveling together . We are settled on reservations at all the other stops but Clifden. Please help. Thanks you in advance.

Recently stayed at The Quay House, Clifden. A very special sort of place with excellent breakfasts and warm welcome. Try a google search for their website and Tripadvisor for reviews

Sealight3,

I saw your post on an another site. I'm sorry you're having such a time of it. I stayed in a lovely place but they do not take vouchers. If it were me, I'd find a place from your list and book it ASAP. I think you said Town&Country? A place wouldn't be listed unless it fit the standards.

Good luck to you and have a wonderful trip.

You could check the reviews on Trip Advisor if you are having no success here. This is the Town & Country site for B&Bs accepting T&C vouchers: http://www.tandctrade.com/

We stayed at Rockmount House in 2004. The owners were very nice, and made us feel very welcome. Lovely views of Clifden Bay and the cliffs out behind the house. Great breakfasts, too, I thought.

Don't know if they take vouchers, but worth a shot.
