These two trails have been closed since 2011, and are not likely to be open soon. In the last several weeks, a third trail has been closed, that from Corniglia to Vernazza. This may be a temporary closure, because there has been some very bad weather in that area recently. At the moment, the only lower trail open is the trail from Vernazza to Monterosso.
Here is the official trail information:

At the bottom is a list of all the trails in the park. The trails connecting the five villages all begin with 592. A red circle before the trail number indicates that the trail is closed.
All of the other trails in the area of the five villages are at higher elevations. They are less likely to be closed, but are best left to experienced hikers with appropriate shoes.
I would avoid all trails if it's been raining, because they can be slippery when wet.
