A little more information would be helpful. I assume you mean in Europe. Where do you live? Do you like cold or warm weather?
My choices would be:
1 Get a rail pass of Switzerland and visit the different cities.
2. Southern Spain
3. Turkey
Check for airfares with a great price.

I spoke with someone a couple of years ago who went to Switzerland, got a hotel for a week, and with a train pass, visited a different city each day, returning back to the hotel for the evening. The trains are wonderful in Switzerland, and you've got your adventure and scenic setting.
