Oh, I'm sure that it should be in some other country since the OP states right from the beginning that a "clean" town is required. That reminds me of all of the people who say they want a "clean" hotel room when they come to France. Clearly there are a lot of misgivings regarding French hygienic standards.

It used to be Spain for affordable retirement in the sun Sorry, no specific names but "Gold Coast" (written above?) sticks in my mind. Please report back when you actually do it. 🏝
