Hello! I am trying to decide between Chapter One and Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud for my upcoming trip to Ireland. It will be my husband and I, and it will be an anniversary dinner. Looking for reviews, details, and/or opinions regarding food, ambiance, service, and overall experience. We are planning to do the tasting menu with wine pairing at either restaurant.
