RER B (suburban train) from Terminal 2 to Gare du Nord takes 30 minutes and costs 8,10€. Two block walk to Gare de l'Est. See mappy.com
Note that some destinations are served by trains directly from CDG. Where are you headed?

Probably RER B from CDG to Gare du Nord and then walk the few blocks to neighboring Gare de l'Est, or do the very short metro transfer between the two stations.
But as the two stations practically touch if you're mobile walking may be quicker.

Okay, just checking in case there might be a way to avoid going into Paris, but no joy.
For reference: the airport is called "Roissy Aeroport Charles de Gaulle" on the Deutsche Bahn itinerary calculator page: http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en
