Casa Lemmi in San Quirico

Has anyone stayed at, or heard of Casa Lemmi in San Quirico, Tuscany? From its website, it looks quite interesting. Unfortunately, there has been no feedback on Fodor's or TripAdvisor about this B&B.

Love the village but do not know the B&B. Is it in town? Let us know if you find out more.

Hmmm ! I like it.
I have stayed at Palazzo del Capitano and have rented Bella Casa for clients, but this is another good option for my favorite location in south Tuscany. The English text is well written--are the owners Brits or Americans? I say go for it, but gives us some feedback if you do.
