Car services in Tuscany and Sorrento

Has anyone used private drivers in Sorrento and/or Tuscany (leaving from Florence) for full day tours? If so, who would you recommend?

Go to slowtrav.com under the trip planning section and find several good choices at both.

No, I haven't used any of them (- I'm a budget traveller).

I prefer ferries on the Amalfi Coast anyway ...

Hi pod,

I've use Cuomo and was pleased.

Francesco is just getting started and has offered cheaper rates. He's on the AC.

Out of curiosity, how much would you expect to pay for a full day tour? Is it by the hour, the number of passengers, or some combination?
