Car rental
Looking for suggestion for a car rental company in Lisbon. Staying at the Heritage Avenida Liberdade Hotel, and would prefer a rental office nearby. Car will not be used in Lisbon.

Check Autoeurope. They are a broker that works with all the majors.

We used Europcar City Center which is very close to the Praça Marquis de Pombal which offers a straight shot out of town.* From your hotel Google suggests a 12 minute walk.

Check Movying. They work in many cities in Portugal in case you want to visit outside Lisbon.
