Cambridge UK lodging and trans to Duxford

My wife and I are headed to the flying legends airshow in Duxford [her idea] and would like to stay in or around Cambridge and get to and from the airshow sans rental vehicle. Anyone have any experience doing such? If so, please let me know along with any nearby B&B recommendations. Thanks.

The airshow's website spells out all of the transport options

duxford.iwm.org.uk/server/show/nav.00d004

Weird - the link doesn't work.

But if you enter via the Imperial War museums site you'll get there

nimbus:

Have a look at www.visteastofengland.com and you will find some information on Duxford and a link with places to stay during air shows.

I just tried www.iwm.org.uk and it is now working.

We have booked some very nice b&b's at www.smoothhound.co.uk

Enjoy Duxford and Cambridge is lovely.

You have to know how URLs work. The stupid Fodor's parser stoped at the .org:

http://duxford.iwm.org.uk/

You can force it to do the right thing by adding the http:// at the beginning.
