Thank you but I don't think we have time now, the girls leave on Thursday, not sure it could get there. I cannot believe I just thought about the map, as I was putting everything out on the desk to pack. I may call...thanks again

You can far more easily buy Michelin maps once in France than you can from the States. Any bookstore, maison de la presse, kisok, or supermarket will carry them. And they're less expensive there. I would not worry about this, except if you are driving immediately upon arrival and don't know the route, in which case go online to www.michelin.com or www.mappy.com and plot your route and take it with you.

I have often found when in Provence that they are often out of the ones that you want. It may be that they are better suppled these days.
Michelin (Greer) is only about an hours drive for me..I have never driven there...I call them and also have them send me current brochures of all maps, guides, etc. They can be helpful with any questions about items.
Too bad that you have run out of time..hopefully you will find what you need upon arrival.
Have a good trip.....

Best map for the Cote is 115 for the Alpes Maritimes, & 114 for the Var. Both these maps are on the scale 1/100,000. Best map for Provence is 113 on a scale 1/160,000.
This entire area is also covered by map 527 (scale 1/200,000), but it does not show the small roads that the 114 & 115 maps show. I usually have to squint or use a magnifying glass if I use a 1/200,000 scale map. Small regions like the Luberon are hard for me to follow because of the 1/200,000 scale. There are 300 series maps that cover Provence, but you may need 3 of them - depending on where you plan to visit in the region.

Michelin maps are not easy to find online for some reason, but the list is at
http://boutiquecartesetguides.michelin.fr/
It shows that no. 113 Provence/Camargue is still available.
If you will be in Paris for a week before you need this map, don't worry about trying to get it before. It should be available in any bookshop, supermarket, maison de la presse. If you;re near FNAC, a huge book/cd/computer shop, try there, but if not, you'll find it in lots of other places.

lilaki, I believe the reason you can't locate it is because, despite what Stu says above, it's no longer available.

Michelin map 113 was on the "stand" in bookstores, news stands, etc last year when we were in Provence. As I remember, the publication date was 2006 or later.
I purchased one at Books Inc in the US early last year too, when people on this forum were reporting having trouble finding it in the US. It was an earlier edition than the one I saw in France.
I don't check map availability on a regular basis - so I don't know if it's still in publication - or if it was discontinued this year.

The reason I went to the Michelin boutique reference in my earlier note is to see if no. 113, Provence/Camargue was still available. My version is 2004, and since Michelin has reworked some of its maps, I wondered if this one did exist.
It is still shown as available on the Michelin boutique site, although without an indication of the date.
They also list a regional map, Provence/Alpes/Cote d'Azur, updated in 2008 (no. 527)
The way I originally found my map was to look at a good display of Michelin maps and choose the one that was most suitable for what I wanted to do - still the best option for someone who is going to be in France I think. They're widely available.
The 113, for instance, is shown as good for those who want to be able to navigate around busy areas, particularly large cities. If you don't want to do that, maybe the regional map is better.
