I don't remember the bus number, but you can just go to the bus station and pick up a schedule. It is a beautiful ride looking down on the blue water and amazing views. I actually enjoy the bus ride more than the village itself.

I presume you are heading to Eze Village (pretty one on the cliff) and not the Eze SNCF station by the ocean.
Nice-Eze Village is connected by bus #82 and #112 from Gare Routiere at google map coordinate 43.699206, 7.276865.
Here are #82 and #112 routes: http://www.lignedazur.com/ftp/plans_...rnichesweb.pdf
#82 is the Nice city bus while #112 is a TAM bus. For Nice-Eze Village, the cost is the same and you can use the Nice city bus pass up to Eze Village on both bus. If you decide to take #112 to Monaco, the Nice city bus pass is no longer valid, but hey it is only €1 to Monaco.
Coming back to Nice, #82 and #112 stops are DIFFERENT. Study the timetable carefully and wait at the correct bus stop. There is a big break in schedule after lunch. #112 stop is at the center, while #82 is ~50yds down the road towards the bridge and towards Nice.
