Bulgaria Romania Car Rental
My husband and I are planning to travel to Bulgaria and Romania in 3 weeks. We discovered that you cannot take a rental car from Bulgaria into Romania. Any suggestions regarding renting a car in Sofia with drop off in Rousse (Ruse) and pick up a car across the border in Romania and the same in reverse to return to Sofia? Thanks.

It is no problem to rent a car in Bulgaria and to travel to Romania or other country.
Last year I hired a car from Sofia airport, the company you can see here www.vegercar.com, and I decided to travel to Romania to see how it is there because I have never been there, so I just called the company and they made for me a green card and everythink was fine. Good luck!
