I have never seen it offered, so I would say there isn't one - only the changing of the guard outside. You can tour the stables (which tells you a clue about what the British royal family thinks of tourists - take their money and show them the stables) You can tour Hampton Court which was the royal summer castle eons ago. You can take a train from Paddington Station and it is a nice ride, and the castle and grounds are very much worth the trip. There is a real hedge maze which is quite amazing even if you aren't into hedges or mazes or don't have kids in tow.

My understading is that tours of the Palace itself are available only when the royal family is on their summer vacation in Scotland (usually late July to early September). You can, however, tour the Royal Mews (state coaches etc) and the Picture Gallery at any time of year.
