Brussels or Amsterdam

Brussels or Amsterdam
Hi all,
I am travelling to Europe in mid-April on business. I will have 2 days free. Can anyone tell me if i should got to Brussels or would Amsterdam be best? I have been to Amsterdam 1 time before for only 1 night though. I am sure there is LKOTS more to see in Amsterdam, but I lso have the option of Brussels. Can you tell me what you would do and why if you had this cjoice? Thanks!
