The page refers to events planned for 2009. But the EAPN (an anti-poverty network) has, as Patrick has pointed out, plans for this year too

Anyone familiar with the methodology of activist groups will know that basic website housekeeping is rarely high on their list of priorities.

Too right flanneruk. I just tried to find out what is being done in the UK - or more precisely, EAPN England, as apparently the organisation is split up, country by country. The England website doesn't appear to have been updated since some time in 2009.
