Brittany for 6 days

Looking for suggestions for a trip to Brittany. We only have a few days uncommitted as we are basing near Vannes for 3 our 6 days. Where else would you think are great bases or one night one place and 2 nights another. Likely arriving into Rennes - Roscoff has been suggested as well as Castelbrac. Hotels suggestions would be great.

Quimper and Dinan, which would give you the opportunity to see some of the clos bretons on the way between the two towns.

Mostly agree with Michael - but I would perhaps stay in Pont Aven instead of Quimper. I think the coastline is more interesting near Pont Aven than near Quimper. Perhaps visit Quimper from Pont Aven. Actually, my advice (that you probably won't consider) would be to stay in just one other location - not two. Within the past 2 years, we've vacationed for 2 weeks near Vannes, 2 weeks near Concarneau/Pont Aven, and 2 weeks near Dinan. Several years earlier we spend 2 weeks near the Pink Rocks area. We were busy all the time - there is a lot of stuff to see & do in Brittany. You won't even scratch the surface in 6 days.

You might take a look at the Hôtel Des Rochers in Ploumanac'h.
I second Michael's recommendation to visit some of the calvery closes.

Loved the Hotel des Rochers also. Like Stu Dudley, I have a recent trip report you can look at. The Peabody Papers 2019, Paris and Brittany, Unmapped
