SemiMike, thanks for the photo tour of Brittany--looks like you had your share of gray weather! But also some gorgeous sunny days as well. So many interesting places--I'm thinking we can't really go wrong, no matter where we choose to base. But there doesn't seem to be a groundswell in favor of Vannes.
It's nice to know that the drive to Paris from the coast is about 6 hours. That's helpful for our planning.
