Bordeaux: Oct, Nov or Dec?
I'm planning a two week trip to Bordeaux (to attend the language school that we booked for last summer but decided to reschedule) and the am restricted to the following dates.
11 Oct
08 Nov
06 Dec
Can anyone provide input into pros and cons for these dates including weather, crowds, off-season closures etc?
Many thanks

Underhill is right . . . the Oct. vendage would be a wonderful experience. That said, Nov. 8 is early in the month and the weather probably wouldn't be too bad. You will run into some rain and it won't be summer, but you know that already.
Dec. the weather can be iffy. Some years it's wonderful and other years not so great, especially toward the end of the two week period. If you can get either Oct. (preferable) or Nov., I think you would be safe.
Good Luck.

Thank you both.
I was worried about closures of restaurants etc though I get the impression Bordeaux restaurants cater more to locals than tourists so probably wouldn't be an issue.
Will probably opt for October. Thanks again.
