Click on Favorites, then "Organize Favorites". Select the "create new folder" option. Scroll down till you see "new folder" highlighed.
Delete the title "new folder" and type in whatever you want to name it, like maybe "everyday" or whatever. Then when you add something to your favorites you can specify which subfolder to put it in.
I have mine under Financial, Travel, Newsgroups, Food & Wine, etc.

Bookmarking a website is convenient, but it has its limitations. For example, if you use more than one computer often, you'll have two or more different sets of bookmarks. Or, you may have trouble deciding which folder to file a website under (e.g. whether to categorize as religion, politics, or news).
There are several online services that solve both of these problems by allowing you to bookmark websites online with tags. I use http://del.icio.us . Tags are like folders, but you can assign more than one tag to a website (http://del.icio.us/help/tags). delicious also lets you search your tags and other peoples' tags. It also has several other neat features like allowing you to send websites to your friends.
For example, here are a list of the pages we've saved on delicious with a 'travel' tag.
http://del.icio.us/ozyman/travel
http://del.icio.us/messalina/travel
We can add to or search these links from any computer on the internet.

Thanks, travelLUV, for that website! Whenever I'm on vacation at an internet cafe, I feel lost without my favorites. When I left my last company, I could not figure out how to save my favorites on my office computer and wound up emailing them to myself so I could open them and add them to my favorites at home. Thanks again!
