booking Aegean Airlines

I have tried to book a flight on Aegean Airlines to travel from Athens to Santorini. I have not been able to do it on the internet because it asks for a VAT number and tax office number. I also have not been able to get a phone number. Any suggestions? I am in the U.S.A.

I've booked several flights with Aegean on the internet with no problems before. That is odd.

I don't see any place where they ask for VAT or a tax office number. Is that *after* they have asked for credit card information?

It might help if you would post here the link that you are using in order to book... for some reason it may be link for use by Greek nationals, or travel agents... who knows?

Ordinary people who book flights don't need to worry about VAT (value added tax) and tax office numbers. Somehow you got on the wrong booking site, one intended for businesses, it seems to me.
