Blind Cow Cafe in Zurich.

Noticed an interesting article, per Paul on the U.S. forum (see "Have Information On Unique/ Gimmick Restaurants?" post)...see below:

"Message: Not in the USA, but this one is pretty strange. Go to chicagotribune.com travel section and read the article entitled "the blind leading the blind" about a restaurant in Zurich called the Blind Cow. I think it would be an enlightening <pun intended> experience to dine there."

The article is really interesting! Has anyone here been there?

Being from Cgicago, I saw the original article. I contemplated the possibility -- and decided that I have enough trouble with the lights on!

Hi Sharon,
I've found that by doing a search with google using "blindekuh.ch", selecting the second entry and clicking "translate this page" you can view their website.

If my travels ever take me to Zurich I definitely will go there -- it appears that learning more about my dark side doesn't have to be such a bad experience after all.

Paul: If you decide to eat at the "Blinde Kuh", make sure to have a reservation some weeks ahead. From what I hear (I do live in Zurich), it is often booked out, esp. for dinner. I haven't been there yet, but will certainly go one day.

Thanks Guys! (...and "lol" SFowler...)

It just sounded like it would be a really neat experience...in many ways. What a cool concept! Like Paul, learning more about my "dark side" could be a very interesting time, indeed...I too, will surely try to get there whenever I'm next in Zurich! Thanks Paul, for telling us about it.
