Hi Rui,
have you already booked a hotel? It would help a lot in order to tell you places to go and visit. It would also help to know your tastes.
There is plenty to do in Bilbao, even if you don't believe it

The Guggenheim, Frank Gehry's Masterwork is definitely worth a look as are the Casco Viejo (Old Helmet) and the 3-story Market just across the rio Nervion from the street that borders the Casco Viejo (where all the bus lines seem to intersect). Last time I was in Bilbao, after visiting the Market, I promised myself that next time, I would have to stay somewhere I can cook.
And then there's the la Begoñia Cathedral with some huge and unusual artworks (paintings). All Euskadi's consider la Begoñia their Parish Church.
