Best way to get from Stanstead U.K. to Boadway U.K.?
Does anyone know of a direct (bus?) route from Stanstead to Evesham train station? We also need to get from Evesham to Heathrow ariport. We will be in England April 30 through May 13th.
Thank you!

Stansted is NE of London and Broadway is practically on the other side of the country.
And Evesham to LHR? My guess is the best way to do this is to take a train to London and then another train out to LHR. Or you could train to Oxford and then take a bus to LHR.
WHY are your trying to do this? Are you planning on renting a car or depending on public transport for these treks.

www.traveline.info/index.htm - you can work out public transport routes across UK here. It is doable, but don't expect one direct bus/coach, no, you'll need to make a few changes on the way.

You can't conveniently go Evesham-Oxford-LHR. In fact with luggage, you can't at all (it's a half mile walk - or another bus journey - from the railway station to the relevant bus stop)
Your choices are:
- Evesham-Reading by train, then the bus from Reading station to LHR, or
- Evesham - Paddington, then the Heathrow Connect (or, in case of urgency or fecklessness, Heathrow Express), or
- Buy a ticket Evesham-Hayes& Harlington. Train Evesham-Slough, Slough-Hayes&Harlington, cross to the westbound platform (by a steep staircase, pausing to buy a new ticket because Evesham won't sell you a through ticket on this route) and get the Heathrow Express.
Stansted is the most ridiculous place imaginable to get to Broadway from. Far more sensible to fly to Heathrow or Birmingham. The least stressful - but bloody roundabout - route from Stansted to Evesham is a train to Birmingham, change to Worcester, get off at either station then eastbound to Evesham. You can't conveniently get the bus to Oxford from Stansted to catch the train to Evesham because getting from the bus station to the railway station is even tricker than vv (you really need a taxi). So the alternative is the train to London Liverpool St, tube to Paddington (God help you with luggage) then train to Evesham.
Unless you're walking for a week, you'll need a car anyway. So why not hire it at Stansted? Roughly 150 minutes' drive (M11, M25, M40, A44)
