Best London Photo Ops
Hello! Awhile ago I saw a thread, I think it was for Paris, and people mentioned the best spots for taking pics where they could combine different sights together. Any suggestions for doing the same in London? Thanks!

I think the area right near the Westminster tube station is fantastic. There is the London Eye, Big Ben and Parliament, Westminster Abbey etc and of course the river. (you can jump on a cruise right there) If you are into walking, I did a walk through St James Park, by Buckingmham Palace (was not when it is open to the public
) to Trafalgar Square that I really enojoyed from the street where Westminster Abbey is. I have lovely pics from this area. Lots in a pretty concentrated area.

I especially enjoy revisiting three sets of my London photos: 1) outside Wellington Barracks before the changing of the guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace: the marching band in red uniforms, going through inspection, warming up, playing a concert, then marching down the street (from other vantage points, can instead see the Horse Guards, or the Drum & Fife Corp); 2) London Tower Bridge, from either bank of the Thames River, or from the middle of the river while riding a boat to/from Greenwich; and 3) the Millennium Bridge: from the north bank, can capture St. Paul's Cathedral in the background. I imagine views from the London Eye would be spectacular as well.
