Best day in London
Want to make a day trip to London Via Euro Star from Paris. It would be the first week of Nov. I would think the weekend would be crazy and too hectic to travel on the Euro Star. Of course I could be wrong.
Any help would be appreciated.

Go to www.eurostar.com and see what are the cheapest day-return fares - Saturdays may not be so busy as Friday and Sundays but more and more many trains are rather full folks say. Book the cheapest return ticket you can for your time frame - once aboard everyone has a reserved seat so not hectic. Check www.seat61.com for insights on booking discounted tickets - and book ASAP.
As for London for the tourist it makes little difference I think what day. Most major sights open daily but if there is one you're keen on seeing check.

Least hectic train I've taken. It's more like air travel; you have to show up early and go through security.
You may want to consider one night in London if that's possible. It'll give you more time to see stuff, and you won't feel as rushed.

Yes -- you are probably wrong. A large % of Eurostar passengers are business travelers -- who mostly don't travel on weekends.
