The bst boucherons are the traffic jams, complete with confiture.

Just for those wondering what a "bouchon" is in Lyon (not a "boucheron"), it is what you same people call a "bistrot" in Paris (which we call a "restaurant" since a "bistrot" is a bar).

there is a lot of really good bouchons in Lyon, most of them are located in the old city.
One of my favorite is "Abel". The "Vivarais" is also a really good one.
