Berlin Food Hall?
A friend was telling me about an impressive store food hall that offers amazing food.
I envision something similar to Harrods in London.
I have nothing else to go on...
Does anyone have any idea what she was talking about?
She said this place was what she loved most about Berlin!

KaDeWe
www.kadewe-berlin.de/index2_engl.php
Top floor is one large food court with deli, fish, meats, etc., and about a dozen different counter restaurants for something fresh, simple, and delicious.
It's a great place to grab a relatively quick meal at a good price either by yourself or with one or 2 other people.

Is this place in the same building?
http://www.lebuffet.de/
Sorry, I do not see an English option on the page.
Is this an easy distance from the following address:
Mandala Suites
Friedrichstrasse 185 190
Berlin 10117
Or possibly it is close to the office?
Stralauer Allee 2c
I appreciate the assistance.

No, they are not in the same building.
KaDeWe is a monstrous departement store - 6-7 stories, and a full square block. Something akin to Macy's in NY or Marshall Fields in Chicago. The top floor is the food hall.
The one you posted, LeBuffet is part of the Karstadt department stores throughout Germany. Karstadt is a big chain (100+ stores). KaDeWe is a one of a kind. They may be similar, but I don't know.
KaDeWe is not near the suites, and ever further from the office.
The good news about berlin is that the subways, trams and buses are very easy to navigate. There are several subway stops right along or near Ku'Dam (Kurfurstendam), one of the main streets in the old West Berlin (hence the name KaDeWe - Kaufhaus Des Westens, or store of the West).
