I randomly looked up five people I know, and only one had his phone number and address listed. I'd say it's almost more the norm these days to not have your landline or mobile phone numbers listed in directories.

Think I'll try that number tomorrow morning. Her family were prominent industrialists from Kortrijk so she should be fairly easy to find but ...

Does she live in Antwerp? I think that if she is not listed in the online phonebook, she will not be listed in the paper book either.
