bed and breakfasts florence and venice

Can anyone recommend b&b's for florence & venice for 2 girlfriends age 50. Do you know if you can get 2 separate beds very easily? We would like a good location and clean - priced $75. - $175. (I know venice is more expensive) ---we are going end of sept. for 10 days - any infor. appreciated
Thanks!

I have stayed twice at Relais Cavalcanti in Florence. It is a great location, twin beds, very clean and I think around 135euro. Anna and Francesca are the owners and run a beautiful establishment. Good Luck!

Ca Bernardi in Venice has large rooms with seperate sleeping areas... in the San Polo area in a little courtyard.
Check it out.

We stayed at Ca angeli in Venice in June and loved it. In San Polo. Perfect location, great owners.

A nice B&B in Venice is Palazzo Duodo.

I have recently posted about this on another current thread about B&B's in Italy. If you click on my name you can find more details in that post.

I believe that one of the suites has two single beds, but look at the pictures on the website.
