Beautiful beach near Noto, Sicily

It’s really easy.
There’s a nature reserve just to the south of Noto called Vendicari. It has four beaches, three small ones with quite difficult access and one larger beach which is about the best beach in the island as far I’m concerned. On the sweeping beach there is a ruined tuna factory and behind there is a lagoon which is home to wading birds, migratory raptors and flamingo.
During the week it is quiet and a lovely place to be to,

By the way, take all supplies with you.
This is a nature reserve and you will not find sun lounger vendors, ice cream kiosks etc
I’m not sure if that is a good or bad thing.
if you do want services, I really don’t like Lido do Noto but further North, Fontane Bianchi is OK.

Hi to all,
I didn't get your recommendations in time so we spent the day at Playa Carratois, about 30 km south of Noto.
Great facilities, soft sand and warm clear waters. Just beautiful.
We are spending 4 nights just outside Noto in a Villa, enjoying Noto and the surrounding area. We had spent three nights in Scicli before arriving here and adored that town as well, and, while there, also spent time visiting Modica, which was also wonderful.
