Barcelona - Hotel Suggestions
Hello!
Planning a trip to Barcelona June 27th - July 8th and need a recommendation on the best neighborhood to stay in. Haven't been before so would like to be fairly close (i.e. ideally walking distance or short cab / public transport) to beaches, main things to see, and etc.
Any recommendations are helpful!

Barcelona is a big city with very different neighbourhoods,
“the best” often coincides with one’s main interest .
Being close do the beach is not necessary close to a number of attractions.
Public transit is very good and taxis are inexpensive.
If you focus one one area , you might get more suggestions.
( budget is also a factor)
