Barcelona airport transfer

Can you please recommend a reliable transfer company who can pick up a party of 6 and take us to the Casa Fuster Hotel?

Thank you,
ritamolly

hi molly,

there are loads of cabs right outside the airport building. there is a €20 flat rate. there may well be some that could take 6, or get two cabs.

I just returned form Barcelona. A taxi to/from airport is closer to €30. It was metered and there is a surcharge for airport runs and also for each piece of luggage.

6 people would need 2 taxis. I don't know of any private service, but maybe someone else here can help you with that. You also may want to check with your hotel. They probably can arrange a transfer service for you.

I believe €20 is the minimum fee, not the flat rate.

ok, MFNYCD - you're probably right.

we arrived and left at off-peak times so our meter never got beyond €20.

it still seems like the easiest option with all those folks.

Ann, you got a good deal. From airport to hotel (Inglaterra between Placas Catalunya & Universitat) we paid about €25, the return was around €30 (I think the driver intentionally took the slow route - down Las Ramblas!). Both were on Saturdays.

hi MFNYC,

we arrived at thursday lunchtime, left early on Sunday. I was really surprised at the lack of traffic on our arrival. the journey in was quicker than the journey out!

perhaps they were all having lunch?
