Hello,<BR><BR>I'm arriving mid-afternoon and need to get to the Hotel Paseo de Gracia, about a block from the Diagonal Metro stop in Eixample, I'm told.<BR><BR>What do you think is the best way to get there? I'm not opposed to a taxi if it's not more than 20 euros, I'd think. But if the Aerobus is very convenient, I'd rather save the money.<BR><BR>Is it a long (safe?) walk from the Placa de Catalunya (where the Aerobus lets off, I think) to my hotel? I'll have luggage and don't want to look like a target...<BR><BR>Where do you catch the Aerobus at the airport? Alternatively, you can take the train from the airport to Plaza Catalunya and then take the metro (green line). It is two stops from Plaza Catalunya to Diagonal.

Hi,<BR>I arrived in Barcelona in the evening last december (8 p.m.). I took the aerobus (around $3) to Placa Catalunya. Very convenient to the hotels in the area. I looked like a typical tourist, huge luggage, maps, and I was alone, and lost. I couldn't get anyone to even look at me! Anyway, I finally found my hotel (also on Paseo De Gracia). I would say, as long as you know where you're going, you should be fine arriving by aerobus, and walking to your hotel.
