I can't exactly recommend it because we haven't been there yet, but we have a night booked at Les Chimeres, in Guehenno in Brittany. They have a web site.<BR>www.leschimeres.com

We have stayed at several B&B's located with the help of www.relais and chateaux.com Hope this helps!
