B&B near Termini in Rome

I received a great rate for a B&B near the Termini in Rome. It's been about 5 years since I've been to Rome and remember this area as not being the greatest. The B&B is Gulliver's Place (sister to Gulliver's House Hostel). Any thoughts? I looked it up on Trip Advisor and didn't see too much regarding location but the facility received great reviews

I've stayed in several different places around Termini and though the area is not the most gorgeous in Rome it is IMO perfect safe and OK - and if taking trains convenient to the station and metro, etc.

I would research the place however as some B&Bs are indeed more like hostels treading on the good name of a B&B

There are literally hundreds of inexpensive and also expensive hotels swirling around Termini

I can't help you with the Gulliver place but here's a link to a B&B site that is very well reviewed by slowtrav.com:

I have seen good reviews for this place, but I seem to recall they have pretty sticky rules about when you can or cannot check into or out of the B&B, and I was worried about what would happen if my schedule were disrupted. So double-check that point.

I suggest you, in Porta Pia, close to Termini station, the B&B SAN MICHELE A PORTA PIA www.bbsanmichele.com

I'm not necesarily sold on staying near the termini. I'd love to stay in the Navona area, if possible.
