AVOID Italy Travel Services for arrangements
I was recently in Rome and used ItalyTravelServices.com for ground transportation from Rome to Foggia round trip. They provided the transportation from Rome to Foggia, but, advised me at the drop off that I needed to pay for a hotel for the driver even though they advised me there were no hidden charges. I had no way to provide this. On the night before they were to pick me up in Foggia for the return trip, they advised me they were CANCELLING the return trip and left me to find my own transportation. They said they would issue credit for the return but have now refused to do so. The owner of the company is Robert and has given me the run around about this. I would AVOID using this company. This company is very unprofessional and I would not trust their services again

When I saw the name ROBERT, it reminded me of all the trouble others here had with a company also run by him, limoserviceSrome. His use of almost the same name as the very reputable limoservicerome was a good indicator of his reputation to me.
Sorry you were let down

WARNING WARNING WARNING
Do not deal with anyone at Italy Travel Services.com
OR...Vaticancity tours.com OR
limoservicesrome.com
OR italygetaways.com
OR believe anything on this website
from people like Ky bourbon who always recommends them, and others who always recommend them. There are no real people recommending them.
They are an internet company only who quote retail rates via the internet, in Euro's then convert them to GBP and charge from the UK and then add a surcharge because they say you didn't pay them NET in Italy, although they never offer you this opportunity. They then add undisclosed fees and taxes.
Often then double bill things like the guides entry tickets to museums. ROBERT who is probably a false name, claims to run the company. THERE IS NO COMPANY.
This is an internet only company run off of Robert's dining room table or similar. He uses freelance guides (most of whom are very good, it's not the guides fault). He overcharges you.
You will ALWAYS pay several hundred dollars more than you think you contracted for. He will threaten you with lawsuits if you disagree with his computation of the extra charges.
BEWARE----this company is the worst choice in EUROPE.
ALSO--Robert loves to point out how that they are a legitimate company, therefore they have to charge the 10pct extra Italian VAT. Of course they charge it in EURO, then they convert it to GBP, then they charge it through another company in Great Britain. Do you think that Italy ever sees a cent of this? Robert keeps the VAT if you ask me.
There is no VAT due in Britain on services consumed outside of Britain (like an Italian tour).
This is the worst company in all of Italy--- PLEASE AVOID THEM>

depai - You obviously can't read or you would have seen that I have never recommended Limoservicesrome. I alway recommend Limoservicerome (no S at the end of service).
http://www.limoservicerome.com/Index.html
Robert tried to rip off their name and good reputation by adding an s at the end of service. There have been multiple posts/people pointing out the differences between the two companies. If you had researched before booking, you would have discovered that.

I apologized already to Ky Bourbon on another location here, but wanted to be sure to do it here also.
ITS TRUE--I am one of the many victims of Robert who ignores things like "s", or reads too quickly and ass/u/mes too much. Robert has many many "companies".
A new one I just found is:
www.hotelsromecenter.com
AND..
www.limousineserviceinromeitaly.com
And links to : Rome Cinemafest Services also.
Regardless of who you decide to deal with, INSIST on a final invoice/bill/statement or something in writing BEFORE you arrive in Italy. Something with a TOTAL CHARGES or something with equivalent wording on it. Besides overcharges, companies like this will ruin your Italy experience by
leaving you wondering if you are really confirmed, will really receive the services , etc..
Our guide arranged by Robert for three days, sent replacement guides for two of the days. On the third day he explained how he was too ill to be our guide that day (from the hotel lobby) and suggested we be satisfied with just a driver and no guide. When the tour was cut short that day, Robert's official "spin" on the event was that we insisted it be cut short and we disappointed the guide !! Unbelieveable !!
If there is a phone contact of
39-334-379 4127 or 39 338 742 5100 or an American flag on the website claiming to be American operated, or logos of cruise ships trying to make you think they are somehow recommended or associated with legitimate companies...BEWARE
